Is the Uplevel FrictionGrip pants only for advanced yogis?
Here at Uplevel, we want to support you no matter who you are or where you are in your fitness journey. So, all Uplevel Apparel, including the FrictionGrip pant, is designed for yogi’s of all skill levels and non-yogis alike. For us, it is about feeling comfortable, supported, and empowered as you chase your goals.
Our gear is perfect to wear while practicing yoga but also while living your everyday life. Through much of the pandemic, our FrictionGrip pants kept us from slipping off the couch, and we stand by the importance of that too ;)
Where do your products ship from?
All of our products are packed with love and shipped from sunny Southern California. And yes, if we could bottle up some of our California sunshine and send that too, we would.
Are all of your products made in the USA?
We are so happy to say that our tops are made locally in beautiful Los Angeles, California. However, our FrictionGrip pants are so unique that we sourced them from one of the top factories in the world, located in Sri Lanka. We loved that Sri Lanka has laws in place to protect their workers and felt really good about the factory we chose. So, not everything is USA made but it is made with high standards and sustainability in mind!
Do you have a size chart?
Yes, you can find a link to our size chart on each product page next to the size selection.
Can I return or exchange something if I’m not 100% satisfied?
While we fully support our products and feel confident you will love them, your happiness is the top priority! So, if you need to make a return, check out our Returns and Exchanges Policy here.

How do I redeem a gift card?

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
We work hard to get your orders going as soon as possible, so try to let us know of any issues as soon as you can! Email us at email@example.com and we will do our absolute best to help.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email with tracking information once the mailing label for your order has been generated. We are a small team, and do our best to process orders within 1 business day.
Your tracking email might end up in your junk folder, so please check it if you don’t not see it within the allotted time frame.
