Returns & Exchanges
Need to return or exchange your Uplevel gear? No problem, we got you!
To start a return, email email@example.com with your order number and what you would like to return. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and sent back to the original address on your order.
We offer refunds on full priced items within 14 days of delivery date. Items returned after 14 days will be eligible for store credit only. Store credit is emailed straight to you and does not expire. Garments must be in their original unworn condition with tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot take back worn or washed merchandise.
If you’d like to exchange, we recommend processing a return as instructed above, then purchasing through the website what you would like instead.

Discounted & Sale Items
Items purchased using a coupon code that is 30% or more and that are returned within 14 days of receipt will be subject to a $30.00 restocking fee. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Damages or Order Issues
We hope your order arrives perfect and brings you so much happiness. But if it doesn’t, please contact us immediately if your items are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong items. Email us at email@example.com so we can make it right!
We will notify you once your return has arrived back to us. We will take 2-4 business days to inspect and accept your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
