After You Place an Order: 

Upon placing your order, you will get a receipt/confirmation email from Uplevel Athletics. Always check junk mail if you don’t see it :) 

Please allow 1 business day from the time of purchase for order processing. We will always make our best effort to accommodate requests for expedited processing. We strive to ship all overnight orders or 2 Day orders, placed before 4pm EST, on the same business day as purchase.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive an email with a tracking number. Uplevel Athletics reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason.

Domestic Shipping

Our Free Standard Shipping is sent through USPS with 3-4 business day delivery. We offer expedited options through UPS of UPS 2 day or Next Day Air for an additional fee. 

We can ship to PO Boxes as well as APO/FPO addresses through USPS.  

We ship to the shipping address exactly as provided by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. Please be sure to check your confirmation email, and let us know as soon as possible if there are changes to be made. Shipments returned to Uplevel Athletics as undeliverable may incur additional shipping charges to resend. Orders are not shipped with signature confirmation but can be provided upon request. 

Uplevel is not responsible if your items are delivered to the wrong location by the carrier. Once it is in the carrier’s hands, it is out of ours! Of course, we will do our best to help but any delivery issues should be brought up to the carrier service. 

International Shipping

We currently offer UPS Worldwide Expedited and UPS Worldwide Express shipping. Please note that all customs, taxes, and duties will be paid by the customer upon arrival to your country, unless selected to be included at checkout.
